Air India’s AXB 613 flew in a circle for two hours and 33 minutes due to a hydraulic failure. The aim of the circling flight was to refuel. The flight took off at 5.40. The problem is that the landing gear doesn’t go in. The problem was identified immediately after take-off, but it was not advisable to land safely with full fuel, so the plane circled for over two hours to refuel.
As soon as it was known that the plane had a technical fault, the Ministry of Civil Aviation had instructed to make all preparations. 20 ambulances were prepared before landing.
